Editorial says that the European Parliament has failed to win legitimacy with voters. Look to Denmark for a solution, where the power of the Folketing over the Danish government negotiating in Brussels is significant. Give more power to national parliaments over EU business. Will that mean there is no need for a directly elected European Parliament?
