Talking Head: Anger at EU regulations misdirected

The author, who is chief executive of the Investment Management Association, writes that the proposed alternative investment fund managers directive, published by the European Commission in April 2009, has generated outrage and indignation. Unfortunately, most of it is for completely the wrong reasons.
