Vilnius may have to seek IMF loan

Report of a FT interview with Algirdas Semeta, Lithuania's Finance Minister, March 2009. He said that Lithuania must keep cutting public spending as the economy contracts but it might have to seek a loan from the International Monetary Fund anyway.
