Eurozone businesses report rosier outlook

Glimmers of hope emerged on the 24 March 2009 suggesting that the rapid pace of the eurozone's economic contraction has eased in March 2009, with businesses reporting conditions are less gloomy than feared, according to Markit Economics' Purchasing Managers’ Indices (PMIs), March 2009, a closely-watched survey.
