The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), on 23 February 2009, published on its website the first public consultation on a proposal to harmonise the classification and labelling of two chemical substances, epoxiconazole and diantimony trioxide . In this case, the proposal for harmonisation came from the Swedish authorities. |
