The main objective of this joint project was to provide an overview of how social dialogue and collective bargaining has contributed to the development of continuing vocational training (CVT) policies and initiatives in the 27 EU Member States, plus Norway, since the introduction of the Copenhagen process in 2002. The study was formally presented, by Cedefop and Eurofound, at a joint seminar held in Thessaloniki on 9-10 February 2009.
