Memo: Ministerial Conference on Childcare, 5-6 February 2009, Prague, Czech Republic

A Ministerial Conference on childcare and employment policy will take place in Prague, Czech Republic, on 5-6 February, 2009, under the presidency of Petr Nečas, Czech Minister of Labour and Social Affairs. The Conference will be preceded by an informal meeting of Ministers in charge of family matters in the morning of 5 February. The European Commission will be represented by Vladimír Špidla, Commissioner for Employment, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities.
