EU to remove exiled Iranian group from terror list

Article suggest that the European Union is set, January 2009, to strike an exiled Iranian opposition movement, the People’s Mojahedin Organisation of Iran(PMOI) off its list of banned terrorist groups in order to comply with two EU court rulings issued in December 2008, a step likely to anger the authorities in Tehran.
