For several years, the nine Mediterranean Partner Countries (Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, occupied Palestinian territory, Syria, Tunisia) have been transposing, to different degrees, the System of National Accounts 1993 (SNA93) of the United Nations into their national statistical system. Within the frame of the MEDSTAT II programme, this 'Data in Focus' proposes a first comparison of the national accounts data of the Mediterranean Partner Countries between 2000 and 2006. |
