13th Africa – EU Ministerial Troika Meeting, Addis Ababa, 14 October 2009

Within the framework of the Africa-EU Dialogue, the 13th Ministerial Meeting of the African and EU Troikas took place in Addis Ababa on 14th October 2009. The Meeting of
Ministers was co-chaired by H.E. Gunilla Carlsson, Minister for International Development Cooperation of Sweden and current President of the Council of the European
Union (EU), and H.E. Mr. Mohamed Tahir Sialla, Secretary of International Cooperation at the General People’s Committee for Foreign Liaison and International Cooperation of the Great Socialist People’s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya.
