Press Release: The Forum launches the first coordinated EU-wide enforcement project

The Forum for Exchange of Information on Enforcement, at its meeting in Helsinki on 2-4 December 2008, discussed enforcement of REACH in the Member States after the end of the pre-registration period. The deadline date for chemical businesses in the EU to register their use of chemicals was 1 December 2008.
