The Welsh Assembly Government’s digital inclusion initiative, Communities @One was short-listed as a finalist in the European e-Inclusion Awards, October 2008. Established by the European Commission, the 2008 European e-Inclusion Awards celebrate the best and most imaginative uses of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
