European cities are faced with the ongoing challenge of integrating people from very different backgrounds. This report, based on research undertaken by the CLIP Network (Cities for Local Integration Policy for Migrants), and published jointly by Eurofound and the Council of Europe, documents a range of positive initiatives and recommends that cities need to give greater priority to the employment of migrants within the city administration and to addressing the barriers migrants may face in accessing services.
