EU warns Russia of talks delay

Reports of Extraordinary European Council meeting on the situation in Georgia, Brussels, 1 September 2008. The objective of the meeting was to discuss the course of action that the European Union intended to take in terms of aid to Georgia and its future relations with Russia.
