Memo: Spain — Operational Programme 2007–2013: Galicia

On 28 November 2007, the European Commission approved an operational programme for the Autonomous Community of Galicia in Spain covering the period 2007-2013.

The operational programme comes under the 'Convergence' objective and has a total budget of around €3.2 billion. The financing provided by the Community through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) amounts to around €2.2 billion, representing some 6.2% of total EU investment in Spain under the cohesion policy 2007-2013.
