ECB loses second hawk on inflation

Greece’s central bank governor, Nicholas Garganas, said he would step down in June 2008 from the Governing Council of the European Central Bank. Another hardliner, Klaus Liebscher, Austria's central bank governor is also retiring in June 2008 fro the ECB Governing Council.
