Press Release: Commissioner Hübner in Serbia: Commission strongly committed to Serbia’s European future

Danuta Hübner, Commissioner for Regional Policy, started a two-day visit to Belgrade on 22 April, 2008. She met Serbian President Boris Tadic, Deputy Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic, and Minister of Finance Mirko Cvetkovic. They discussed prospects for further cooperation with the EU through the new Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA), which will help to enhance Serbia’s European perspective.
