Cyprus leaders attempt to unite island

Article reports that the leaders of the two communities in Cyprus were to to meet on the 21 March 2008 to hold talks that could ultimately affect not only the chances of unifying the Mediterranean island but also Turkey’s hopes of joining the European Union.
