Constituents have a right to vote on EU – rebel MP

A Welsh MP, Mark William, who defied Lib-Dem instructions and voted for a referendum on the EU Lisbon Treaty, 5 March 2008 said he had had an 'honest difference of opinion' with party leader Nick Clegg.
