	The Irish Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, Micheál Martin, and the Irish Minister for Trade and Commerce, John McGuinness, on 14 February 2008, welcomed the publication by Forfás of a study of the impact of the European Single Market on Ireland. Forfás, on whose website this publication is made available, is the national policy advisory board for enterprise, trade, science, technology and innovation. It operates under the auspices of the Irish Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
