Shifting Lisbon into an upward cycle

The European Commission’s strategic review of the relaunched Lisbon Strategy’s first three years has good news for the European Union, but the next three-year cycle will need to keep up the pace. The review therefore sets out a whole series of clear and coherent recommendations for accelerated reform.
