Nato pledges to stop any Kosovo violence

Nato-led KFOR peacekeeping troops will stop any outbreak of violence in Kosovo as the disputed province prepares to declare independence against Serbia’s wishes, Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, the alliance’s secretary general, said on the 30 November 2007.
