Kaczynski seeks to ruffle new Polish PM

Bruised by the defeat of his party in recent parliamentary elections, Lech Kaczynski, Poland’s conservative President, signalled, 31 October 2007, his intention to make life difficult for the incoming liberal Civic Platform government.
