All is not lost for German economic reform

Commentary feature argues that the German economy has significantly and quickly strengthened from the series of structural reforms of the past few years - while the reform momentum may now slacken and even go backwards, nevertheless, overall Germany has beneifitted and will continue to do so. Further reform may only take place at the time of a further downturn.
