Serbia law attacked after poll fiasco

The second round of Serbia's presidential elections, which took place on 13 October 2002, failed after the turnout of at least 50 percent needed for the elections to be valid was not achieved. International observers (from the OSCE) called for urgent improvement of Serbia's election laws before repeat vote.
