Policy Brief: Cutting Red Tape: National Strategies

Previous OECD work on administrative simplification focussed on the tools governments could use to cut red tape, but governments are now moving towards more comprehensive programmes to reduce red tape and to measure their progress in achieving it. This Policy Brief looks at the progress achieved so far, and what more governments can do to make their administrative systems simpler and more efficient for all concerned.
