Kosovo minorities ‘under threat’

According to a report, 'Prisoners in our own homes', published by Amnesty International on 29 April 2003, Serbs and other ethnic minorities in Kosovo remain at serious risk of death or injury despite almost four years of peace and the presence of UN and NATO peacekeepers.
