	This ETF Working Paper on the development of teachers and trainers in vocational education and training (VET) was prepared for the South Eastern Europe Regional Seminar in Tirana organised by European Training Foundation in January 2005. All sixteen cases in the Compendium come from the South Eastern European countries and were written by participants of three previous ETF Seminars for the region.This is the second volume of case studies from these Seminars, but this expanded version is the first one that is exclusively built on contributions from the region.
