Remember Srebrenica

In the month of the tenth anniversary of the Srebrenica massacre, editorial argues that the countries of the former Yugoslavia can only achieve real peace when their citizens can look forward to a stable and prosperous future and for this they need the promise of European Union membership. Extending enlargement to the western Balkans would enhance the security of Europe as a whole.
