Press Release: Further action needed to cut emissions across Europe, Morley tells European Commission conference

The UK Environment Minister, Elliot Morley, on 24 October 2005, urged EU member states to take greater action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. He was speaking at the launch of the second European Climate Change Programme at a major stakeholder conference in Brussels.
