On 1.3.01, the European Union agreed to lift restrictions on trade in textile products with Bosnia and Herzegovina with immediate effect. This decision provided for the elimination of the quantitative restrictions the EU had hitherto applied to textile and clothing exports originating in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
