Press Release: Public procurement: EU and China strengthen co-operation

The European Commission and the Chinese Ministry of Finance agreed to set up a regulatory dialogue on government procurement. This was confirmed on 2 November 2005 in Beijing by the signature of an exchange of letters between Alexander Schaub, Director General of Internal Market and Services at the European Commission, and Assistant Minister Zhang Hongli of the Chinese Ministry of Finance.
