The organisations responsible for the publication of the official gazettes of the Member States of the European Union and the Official Journal of the European Union have come together to form the European Forum of Official Gazettes. The objectives of the Forum are to exchange ideas, technology and information between the official publishers with the aim of guaranteeing transparency and dependability of their publications via various media to all citizens, businesses and public organisations of the EU. The Forum works to promote the dissemination and sharing of knowledge gained by each country by contributing to the co-ordination of strategies and operations of joint interest with a view to a common future. The secretariat is provided by the Office for Official Publications of the European Communities (L-2985 Luxembourg). |
