Noëlle Lenoir, the French Minister for European Affairs, travelled to London on 8 May 2003, for a series of bilateral meetings on the work of the European Convention. Other items on the agenda included the European Security and Defence Policy and preparations for the Competitiveness Council of 19 May 2003 in Brussels.
