Tory plan to leave Europe grouping affirmed

Uk Conservative Party leader David Cameron will see through his promise to withdraw his party from the European People's Party in the European Parliament, despite concerns from some fellow Conservatives and US Republicans about the move. The EPP is the main centre-right political group in Europe.
