Mr Jerzy Bodgan Plewa was appointed Deputy Director-General in charge of international affairs in the Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development on 28 June 2006. Mr Plewa was to be responsible, under the authority of the Director-General, for representing the DG in all negotiations and discussions concerning agriculture and rural development, both with international organisations and third countries and with the EU institutions and other DGs. |
