Germany, the United Kingdom, Poland, Spain, Italy and France (the 'G6') are considering requiring immigrants to sign a contract stipulating that they learn the language of their adopted country and accept its social norms or risk being expelled. The 'integration contract' has yet to be discussed by the other 19 Member States.
