The European Network and Information Security Agency's (ENISA) Seat Agreement, which was signed in Heraklion, Crete, on 22 April 2005, sets out the institutional presence of the Agency in Greece, by giving it legal personality and specific immunities and privileges. It is expected that the Agency will become established in Heraklion during the summer of 2005. |
