Preview of a meeting on 18 November 2005 between EU Trade Commissioner Peter Mandelson and President of the Republic of Mali Toumani Toure. Commissioner Mandelson was expected to use the meeting to reinforce the commitment of the European Union to addressing the needs of cotton producing states in West Africa.
