Steep rise in Europe cocaine use

An annual report on drug use from the EU Agency European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA), launched 22 November 2007, says around 4.5 million Europeans are likely to have used cocaine in the past year - a million more than in 2006.
