Single currency forum freezes out non-euro states

From September 2003, Britain, Sweden and Denmark, the three Member States still using their own currencies, will be excluded from meetings discussing the euro. Although the three countries cannot attend formal Eurogroup meetings, they had until now sent senior officials to help prepare the meetings.
