Financial services groups ‘ignoring directive’

Report of a survey by the Economist Intelligence Unit and KPMG say many companies in the EU are not prepared for the MIFID Directive. Considered by many to be the most significant European regulatory event to affect the financial industry, MiFID sparks not just another major compliance change but potentially a range of opportunities for investment firms.
