Clarifying EC regulations. How European Community regulations could be written more clearly so that citizens of member states, including lawyers, would understand them better

This booklet shows how the presentation of one EC regulation could be improved by some plain drafting and by making some simple structural changes. The regulation itself deals with public access to EU documents, an essential part of recent efforts to improve the openness and transparency of EU decision-making.
