Bosnia tensions grow ahead of Balkan summit

Prospects for regional reconciliation in the western Balkans have continued to improve, but internal politics in Bosnia and Herzegovina have deteriorated with attempts being made to undermine State institutions, the Security Council of the United Nations was told by Valentin Inzko, the High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the 24 May 2010.
