Russia does not discriminate against foreign firms in its pursuit of its energy needs, Russian Energy Minister Viktor Khristenko said 31 May 2007. He was addressing the Ministerial conference organised by UNESCO and the Russian Ministry of Industry and Energy in Paris addressing 'Energy in a changing world'.
