The 13th ministerial meeting between the Rio Group and the European Union was held in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, on 20 April 2007. The Ministers reaffirmed the full validity of the principles and aims enshrined in the United Nations Charter and reiterated their commitment to upholding human rights and democracy and to eradicating poverty, exclusion and inequality from society. |
