UK working time opt-out holds

The Finnish EU Presidency compromise proposals to secure agreement amongst the EU Member States on the proposed amended Working Time Directive failed to secure agreement at the extraordinary Employment, Social Policy, Health and Consumer Affairs Council, Brussels, 7 November 2006.
