Tory Euro switch delayed to 2009

Leader of the (UK) Conservative Party, David Cameron, has unveiled plans for a new centre-right grouping in the European Parliament, July 2006 - but admitted any change would not happen before 2009 - at the time of the next European Parliament elections.
