Axa chief in warning on EU rules

The head of Europe's largest insurer, Henri de Castries, chief executive of Axa, issued a stark warning that a heavy-handed approach to new European Union legislation could force insurers to hold an excessive amount of capital, making insurance prohibitively expensive, and stifling growth across Europe.
