A study conducted by the University of Southern Denmark on behalf of the European Association of Euro-Pharmaceutical Companies concludes that intermediaries who buy medicines at low cost in some European countries for resale at higher prices elsewhere save patients and health insurers hundreds of millions of euros a year.
